   ## Why are the changes needed?
    
   Grammar of 
   
   ```
   MIGRATE xxx to ARCTIC xxx
   ```
   
   It is logic left over for historical reasons and should not be present in the open source version of amoro code
   
   
   ## Brief change log
    
   - Remove antlr4 files and all of related logic about `MIGRATE xxx TO ARCTIC `
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   - [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible
   
   - [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
   
   - [X] Run test locally before making a pull request
