Log:
Fixes STANBOL-89 and improves the documentation provided for the default configuration of Solr Server used together with the SolrYard implementation

Details to STANBOL-89:
 - The IndexDataTypeEnum now allows to specify if a data type is interpreted natural language texts.
 - This property is enabled for TXT (entityhub:Text) and STR (xsd:string)
 - The encodeLangeuage(..) methods of the SolrFieldMapper do no longer add the "_!@" field to the encoding
 - The SolrFieldMapper does now add the "_!@" field for all values with a datatype that has the natural language property set to true
 - The language constraint encoder does no longer add the "str" data type field when encoding lanugage constraints.

other:
 - changed the location of the README.txt explaining the default configuration to the root folder.
 - The "schema.xml" of the default configuration now contains detailed descriptions about how to change/optimise it without breaking assumptions made by the SolrYard implementation.
 - updated the documentation of the solr.xml (multi core configuration)
 - Changed remaining occurrences of "rick" to "entityhub" within the default configuration
 - changed the package "constraintEncoders" to its lower case version

+The "solr" directory includes the default configuration of an Solr Server used
+with the SolrYard configuration.

-Solr Confoguration for RICK SolrYard:
+To use this configuration override the default configuration that comes with
+the solr server by this one.

-This folder contains default configuration of the SolrServer as used
-for the IKS RICK SolrYard.
+This default configuration uses a multi-core configuration with tree predefined
+cores. Note however that the SolrYard does not require a multi core
+configuration.

-Cores:
+For some notes about the predefined cores see the notes within the solr.xml
+
+To add additional Cores one need to add a core within the solr.xml and create
+the directory with the configuration.

-Typically a multi core configuration is used, because than multiple
-Solr Yards can write data in different lucene indexes. However it is
-also possible to share a single index with multiple Yards if the
-"Multiple Yard Layout" is activated for all Yards using the same index.
-
-The recommendation is to:
- - use an own index for the RickYard. Because this makes it easy to
- backup the data of the Rick or to reconfigure the Rick to use a
- different data source
- - use own index for full caches (caches that store all entities of
- a referenced site). THis is because this makes it easy to create/
- download a new version of the index and replace the old one.
- It makes it also easy to replicate the cache and move it to an
- other infrastructure
- - you can safely use the same index for multiple yards if they are
- used for caches that store used items of referenced sites or for
- referenced sites with a limited amount of informations (e.g. a
- company thesaurus É)
-
-Configuration:
-
-All cores of this default configuration use the same configuration.
-This means that all files in the conf directory are the same for
-all cores.
+Precomputed Indices (e.g. for dbPedia) will be distributed in archive containing
+the configuration and the data of the Solr Index. This can be used as
+configuration for a Solr Server or can be configured as an additional core for
+an existing Solr Server using a multi-core configuration.
+
+Even when using an EmbeddedSolrServer the file structure need to be the same.
+
+
+Configuration of the Solr index (or a Core)
+
+For detailed information please see the Solr documentation.
+For the customisation of the Solr Server (Core) configuration the schema.xml
+and the solrconf.xml are central.

 Solr Schema (schema.xml)

-The schema.xml included in the configuration is specific to the implementation
-of the SolrYard (especially the SolrPathFieldMapper and the constants defined
-by SolrConst).
-Things that should not be changed include
- - the class of fieldTypes
- - changes or removal of defined fields
- - removal and changed to existing copyFields
-All such actions will most likely cause some assumptions made by the SolrYard
-implementation invalid and result in unexpected behavior and/or errors.
-
-Configurations that can be changed include
- - adding fieldTypes for different languages
- - adding of additional fields for known fields in the indexed data
- - adding dynamicField for additional languages
- - changing store/indexed parameters for all kind of fields
- - adding copyField commands
-
-Note that the default configuration assumes that the SolrYard needs also to
-store the entity information. If the Yard is only used for search and not
-for retrieval, than changing most of the fields to store=false will increase
-performance and reduce index size greatly.
+see comments within the shema.xml for more information on how to
+change/optimize the Solr schema used by the SolrYard.

-See http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SchemaXml for more infos

- This example schema is the recommended starting point for users.
- It should be kept correct and concise, usable out-of-the-box.
+ This schema will be used by the Apache Stanbol SolrYard implementation to
+ index entities.
+ The implementation of the SolrYard does made several assumptions on
+ configurations defined in this Schema. So changes to this schema that do
+ affect such assumptions will most likelly cause unpredictable errors!
+
+ However there are also a lot of places where users can optimize this schema
+ to specific requirements. See the comments within this schema for more
+ details!

- For more information, on how to customize this file, please see
- http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SchemaXml
+ For more information, on how to customize the Solr schema.xml in general,
+ please see http://wiki.apache.org/solr/SchemaXml.

- PERFORMANCE NOTE: this schema includes many optional features and should not
- be used for benchmarking. To improve performance one could
- - set stored="false" for all fields possible (esp large fields) when you
- only need to search on the field but don't need to return the original
- value.
- - set indexed="false" if you don't need to search on the field, but only
- return the field as a result of searching on other indexed fields.
- - remove all unneeded copyField statements
- - for best index size and searching performance, set "index" to false
- for all general text fields, use copyField to copy them to the
- catchall "text" field, and use that for searching.
- - For maximum indexing performance, use the StreamingUpdateSolrServer
- java client.
- - Remember to run the JVM in server mode, and use a higher logging level
- that avoids logging every request

+ The SolrYard prefixes natural language texts with "@"

+ Currently no processing of the language is done. So

+
+ Also prefixes for country specific languages can be
