deploy.wsdd and handlers

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to add in the deploy.wsdd the handlers
definition and the requestFlows without editing the file and modify it by
hand !?
I did an Ant task to deploy automatically.. and I don' t want an human
intervention what can be forgotten...
