I dont think we can, the defaults are as provided by Roller. If we changed the defaults our end, it would create work at every upgrade to change the defaults each time.

This would be a question for the Roller list to see if anything can be done or if defaults can be overridden with a property files somewhere.

If you want to persue this and come back with an answer fine, otherwise each project that gets a blog can delete these defaults and create their own in less than 5 minutes.
