Suggesting release process for Mifos mobile apps

Hi everyone,

Currently we don't have a defined release process due to which most of our
mobile apps often don't have the latest release on play store and the
community have no way of knowing the details of the current release.

I was looking to get feedback and suggestions for a release process that I
drafted for us to be able to push updates to mobile apps consistently.
