external Servlet in Lenya

hi
I am creating one publication where the is a feedback page in which a user
will be giving all the feedbacks
on click of the submit button I want to save the feedback and display all
the feedbacks for the publication on the other page
can any one suggest what to do in this case
I have written a servlet which will modify the XSL file but I am not able to
link my Servlet on Form Submit

pls help me its Urgent
