The issue reported does not have much information at all ( no stack trace, diagnostics, logs, etc). You should discuss this on the user mailing list of either Hive or Tez ( in this case, probably Hive given that this is a Hive specific issue ) and then follow-up with a JIRA depending on the feedback.
