[RESULT][VOTE] Apache Karaf (Container) 4.0.7 release

Hi all,

this vote passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Christian Schneider, Freeman Fang, Achim Nierbeck, 
Jean-Baptiste Onofr�
+1 (non binding): Andrea Cosentino, Krzysztof Sobkowiak, Roedl Lukas

I will promote the artifacts on Central, update Jira and website.

NB: An issue has been identified about ARM support on Karaf 4.0.6, still 
present in 4.0.7 (I think it's classpath change in the scripts). I will 
fix that soon (probably today or tomorrow) and I will ask for some tests 
from ARM user. Then, I will prepare a 4.0.8 release with this fix very soon.
