Xerces2

Did anybody have success using Apache-soap
using Xerces2? I'm getting the error:

Root element of a SOAP message must be:
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Envelope'.
which is apparently due to a different implementation
of namespace by Xerces2.

Any workarounds for this?
