By saying "persist service test parameters", there are two aspects:

- cache the service test parameters after user hits "EXECUTE" button, the parameters will be **persisted** into the browser's cache (`localStorage`)

- test parameters can be exported and downloaded as files, that can be shared between developers(testers)

it's very useful when testing service method that has very complex parameters
