deplying services

Hello, 
Im using apache soap 2.1, and whenever I try to deploy a service (like the 
samples ones) with the serviceManagerClient, i got :

Caught SOAPException (SOAP-ENV:Client): A 
'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/:Fault' element must contain a: 
'faultcode' element.

any hint? :(
