Andrew McIntyre resolved DERBY-1843.

Resolution: Fixed
The arguments to dblook (and other scripts needed to be passed to derby_common.bat to be processed correctly. Easily solved by adding %* to pass them all. Committed fix to trunk with revision 442646.
