Wiki Syntax Field Configuration for stdcxx Jira

FYI: I've enabled the Wiki Syntax Field Configuration Scheme for
stdcxx in Jira. The scheme makes Jira render Wiki-style markups
in the Comment, Description, and Environment fields. One of the
nicest (IMO) features of this scheme is the ability to correctly
render source code. The renderer even implements simple syntax
highlighting, albeit apparently only for Java (in addition to
XML and SQL). To get your code snippet rendered enclose it in
a pair of {code} tags.
