[C2] avalonapi Log changes - try/catch swallows exceptions.

Berin,

Please revisit the code (for example FileGenerator.java) try/catch added for logging errors is
swallowing exceptions. This will stop Error Page generation. I fixed FileGenerator.java to
re-throw the exceptions.
