With the new GDPR and ePrivacy EU directives gaining more and more importance, it would be great to add support for visitor consents to an Apache Unomi Profile

In effect we could then store and retrieve consents for a given visitor profile. Updates to the consents could be done through events, to leverage the full power of the rules.
