Problem with the builds - dockerhub active incident

Just FYI. There is an active incident in DockerHub that they are working
on: https://status.docker.com/pages/533c6539221ae15e3f000031

The CI builds failing now are due to this. It's pure coincidence, not the
recent test overhaul ;). The old system would suffer from the same issues.

I will let you know when they fix it and restart failed jobs.

Seems that the problem has been resolved. I restarted the failed builds.
