Err: Warning: can't output text before document element!

i get two error message like this:
Warning: can't output text before document element!  Ignoring...
	at org.apache.xalan.xslt.XSLTEngineImpl.error(XSLTEngineImpl.java:1606)

my xml file (using XSPs)outputs this:
