The storage API localStorage is not persistent.

The fix from commit 17b668a1 ( CB-2085: Fixing deleted database for ChildBrowser) seems to break things for me.

IMHO there is no local overwrite for window.localStorage in cordova-2.5.0.js
(At least I do not find it) in the file installed by the create command.

I am using Cordova on a Android 4.2 device and the SDK_INT is greater than honeycomp.

If I revert commit 17b668a1 localStorage is persistent again.
