IIS / JK2 Parameter is incorrect

Hi, 
I'm trying to do multipart requests, and sometimes (occationally) I get an error-response saying : 

"The Parameter is incorrect"

This error message is not generated from my own application so I must ask where is it coming from ?
Where should I look for errors in my setup or code ?
