Ever since the GH actions upgrded the linux kernel version in [https://github.com/actions/runner-images/releases/tag/ubuntu24%2F20250406.1]

the tests in `UT hudi-hadoop-common & Hudi Utilities others` job started failing, e.g. [https://dev.azure.com/apachehudi/hudi-oss-ci/_build/results?buildId=4742&view=logs&j=d8698f62-59df-5d60-659e-8e4b90e4e5ba&t=7e6a176b-fa3b-5e2b-bced-8d295e83a4a8&l=12623]



Issue was mitigated by pinning that particular job to a specific version - [https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/13124.] This is an interim solution. Ideally, we would like to use the same os version for all jobs. As part of this task, we should also investigate how we can avoid MockMaker to reuse the same jvm, if possible. The upgrade led to the following error:
