[I] Datepicker seems to update on each keystroke making it unusable [airflow]

wolfier opened a new issue, #69891:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/69891

   ### Under which category would you file this issue?

   Providers

   ### Apache Airflow version

   3.3.0

   ### What happened and how to reproduce it?

   1. Create any Dag
   2. Add a `Run After` filter in the Airflow UI
   3. Enter values in the date picker

When I enter a value for the date picker, the value I typed is not displaying in the textbox and the value in the textbox seems to be some random number. The textbox also seems to be updating after each keystroke.

I also have the same experience when filtering jobs in the Jobs tab.

   ### What you think should happen instead?

Instead of auto-submit, I think it might be more usable if it was
   * like in Airflow 2, where it was a dropdown selector
   * a confirmation / save button to its not refreshing on each keystroke (maybe it is a browser/chrome issue)

Hey @wolfier I'd like to work on this issue.

From the description, it looks like the datetime filter
input commits its value on every keystroke (updating the
filter state and triggering a refetch), instead of
committing on blur/Enter or after the input is a complete,
valid date. That would explain both the odd displayed value
(partial input being parsed as a date) and the constant
   refreshing.

   My plan:
   1. Reproduce locally (Breeze + UI dev server)
   2. Locate the date/time filter component in the UI code
   3. Fix the commit behavior (defer to blur/Enter or debounce,
whichever is consistent with the rest of the filters)
   4. Attach before/after screen recordings with the PR

Could a maintainer please assign this to me?
