Indeterminate length encoding is not valid for LDAP and is explicitly stated in RFC 2251 section 5.1.  Unfortunately I got tunnel vision while working on the ITU specification for BER encodings and over looked this critical fact.  I have begun redesigning the encoder within the encoder-redesign branch of snickers to accommodate for this new realization.

We still need to do the research to see why the indeterminate length encoding in the trunk is failing.  There may be a major flaw somewhere that we're overlooking.
