   ## Summary
   
   Extends the existing `QueryHistorySchemaMigrationTest` (2 to 3 tests) with a new H2-backed case:
   
   - the migration adds the `result_snapshot` column to `rmq_instance_message` and creates all three owner-lookup indexes (`idx_message_query_owner_lookup`, `idx_message_query_owner_type_lookup`, `idx_trace_query_owner_lookup`) idempotently across two runs.
   
   ## Why
   
   The suite covered the trace-topic column and missing-table skip only; the message column and the index half of the migration were unverified.
   
   ## Testing
   
   `mvn -B test -Dtest=QueryHistorySchemaMigrationTest` — 3/3 pass; checkstyle (validate) clean.
