   I don't think we need to generate the md5 checksums in the body of the email - other projects I sampled don't. I will check the apache docs though and if necessary will add it.
   
   This script is intended to run on the host, for example:
   ```
   tools/gen-release-vote.py -mc mail-config.yaml -rc config.json -n
   ```
   
   Which will emit the subject line and contents to the console. Remove -n to mail the content to the dev list.
