Couldn't run Roller Web Application in Tomcat

Hello,

I made a check  from  https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/roller/trunk
roller_trunk and built it.
The built was successful. But when I deployed the war file under
weblogger-web/target in Tomcat, it is giving an error message 'Roller
Weblogger has not been bootstrapped yet' with status code 500.
Can anyone help me out with fixing this problem?

      I wanted to integrate roller in current j2ee webproject . Is there a source where I can look up to understand first steps . My goal here is to replace 'Agent Comments' feature in our product with blogging.
