[Bug 123196] UI glitches while moving/copying styles from one document to another

I was unable to replicate this bug on Windows 7.  I am running Version
4.0.1-dev.  I would like it if you could provide a more detailed instruction on
how to produce this bug, specifically what you do in the Template Management
window.  

Steps attempted:


1.  Open Template using File -> Templates -> Organize
2.  Double click on My Templates
3.  Double click on Test Template that was saved before this
4.  Double click on Styles
5.  Attempted to drag and drop Default, Heading, Text Body ect, into test
document

No black box.
