WSDL file
Hi,
I was to create a WSDL file without using any tool.
Is there a description of the file, and its options available somewhere in
simple language ?
Thanks in advance,

There's the spec -- but I wouldn't call that simple language. You should
look at it, though, for reference. To get a better sense of WSDL, read a few
papers on IBM's site. (go to www.ibm.com and do a search on "wsdl")

Anne
