This PR restricts prefix `:` and `@` placeholders to unquoted words and numbers, fixing a display roundtrip failure where input like
```
SELECT:\` a\`
```
had quotes stripped into `Value::Placeholder(": a")` and failed to re-parse due to the leading whitespace.
