Changing count to limit in http query params

r731159 introduces a change to the view query API - "count" has become
"limit". This is a better description of what the parameter does, and
has been a planned change for a while. This should be a simple update
in any client code.

There may be a few more of these small changes coming down the
pipeline before 0.9, and they will each be announced on the CouchDB
mailing lists.
