When one document is open (for example Writer document) and we minimized this
document (it is not visible present on screen) and user was forgot that he/she
was already opened this file, when he/she click on icon of this document as
result nothing happens.
User in that case can thinking that something is wrong with AOO.
Earlier version of Openoffice.org has better behaviour: in that case that
application will be again visible and active.
A little is better when Writer is restore down (the size of Writer's window is
not minimized, but it is not spread over whole screen also). If in this
condition this application is non active and user forgot that he/she already
opened this file and start to clicking on icon of this file, other icon of this
file, which is present on bar with icons of opened files(win 7), will blink. It
is better than nothing, but why we lost previous good behaviour?

Window should be restored when file is already opened minimized.
