### What happened
When I configured the `At User Ids` parameter in the alarm, it did not take effect and the test message it sent did not specify the user.
### What you expected to happen
When I configured the atUserIds parameter in the alarm, it can specify the user in the message.
### How to reproduce
1. Create Alarm Instance
2. Choose DingTalk
3. config `At User Ids` param
4. click test send button
5. The test message does not specify a user
### Anything else

We should replace the `atUserIds` parameter with `atDingtalkIds`.
