(not the definitive information, but hopefully some hints in the right
direction)
I think this is related to the gcc level and gcc not linking the shared library
with libgcc.a under the covers.
__floatdisf is a function in libgcc.a that gcc-generated code calls to do some
arithmetic operation.
I think you should find some gcc gurus to find out what level of gcc and/or
binutils (if any) takes care of this. Otherwise, you can try some hacks to get
libgcc.a included in the shared library and/or included in httpd.
Searching for __floatdisf at groups.google.com is instructive.
