[jira] [Created] (SQOOP-538) Hudson configuration for all hadoop
versions
Abhijeet Gaikwad created SQOOP-538:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Hudson configuration for all hadoop versions
Key: SQOOP-538
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SQOOP-538
Project: Sqoop
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: build
Affects Versions: 1.4.1-incubating
Reporter: Abhijeet Gaikwad
Fix For: 1.4.2
The current Hudson configuration runs ant targets "jar-all" and "test" for default Hadoop version, i.e. 0.23 only.
It should build and test with Hadoop versions - 0.20 and 1.x as well because we support these versions. Most important, it will help catch any issues if developer does not run tests with all three versions.

Jarek Jarcec Cecho resolved SQOOP-538.
--------------------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
I agree on the suggestion so I've reconfigured current job to execute tests only on hadoop 0.23 and created new two jobs for hadoop 1.0.0 and hadoop 0.20:
https://builds.apache.org/job/Sqoop-ant-jdk-1.6-hadoop23/
https://builds.apache.org/job/Sqoop-ant-jdk-1.6-hadoop100/
https://builds.apache.org/job/Sqoop-ant-jdk-1.6-hadoop20/
Please do not hesitate to contact me or reopen this ticket if you have any questions or concerns.
