help: html form action points to wrong file?

from <http://www.myjavaserver.com/~javac/advjhtp1/WelcomeServlet3.html> mozilla tells me WelcomeServlet3.class is a binary executable and asks if i want to save it.

why isn't the .class file executing from the server, please?
