When edgeHeaderRewrite, midHeaderRewrite and cacheurl properties are defined on a deliveryservice, a "location" parameter needs to be created for each file (header_rewrite_xml-id.config, header_rewrite_mid_xml-id.config, regex_remap_xml-id.config and cachurl_xml-id.config)  (if it doesn't exist already) and added to the profile of the delivery service.

This functionality can be ported over from the UI namespace.
