[FOP Trunk] long tables with a title are not shunked in pdf output

Hi all,
All is said in subject. Here are the results.

- the fop trunk output is wrong, see:

- fop 0.95 output is OK, see:

I think this is a problem with keep-together.within-column="auto" in
fo:table element.

Not really a problem, but a consequence of the fact that its parent  
fo:block has keep-together.within-column="always", which is stronger  
than "auto"... That one should either be removed or set to a high  
integer value.
