TilesRequestProcessor is not issuing a redirection
during processForwardConfig().  Instead, a server-side absolute forward is
being used, and the original URL remains in the user's browser.

The TilesRequestProcessor over-rides the processForwardConfig() method which 
does not pass the original ForwardConfig on to the processTilesDefinition() 
method.  By not doing so, the redirect setting is lost.
