publishing repos with Apache?

Before I re-invent the wheel, is there a documented recipe for mod_svn that
will allow me to publish all my repos without specifically adding each one
to my apache config?

Even though both are debian specific, the apache config part will be the

You're looking for the SVNParentPath which is explained along with  
many other settings on this page:
