[DISCUSS] Pekko Connectors 2.0.0-M1
Hi everyone,
I think it would be useful to push out a 2.0.0-M1 release for Pekko Connectors.
It uptakes the upstream Pekko modules and their 2.0.0-M1 releases.
Also there are a couple of enhancements and better support for Java
17+. Of course, older versions of Java won't be support in 2.x because
the support is dropped in the upstream modules.

If anyone wants to take on the release management role, get in touch.
Otherwise, I can look into putting together an RC later in the week.

I think things have stabilised again so I plan to produce an RC2 in the next few days.
