STR:
- Install Ambari 2.4.2
- Install BigInsights 4.2.5 stack with HBase
- Upgrade to Ambari 2.5.2

HBase REST Server is not shown on service summary.  It appears in the host summary, but is in "Heartbeat Lost" state.
