whitemesa tests round1 round2 are updated to use new service client api

Result of the newly updated clients:

Round1:
Succesful opersions: echoString, echoDate echoHexBinary echoDecimal echoInteger
Failed operations: echoFloat - Response float value differ from request

Round2:
All operations invoke succesfully
