Erm, I didn't look in that level of detail. It only crossed my radar when a couple
of people asked about it, most recently someone on the dev list yesterday.
The fact there was a sensible-looking patch helped, but I only checked the
most recent patch version in any kind of detail. Are you suggesting I should
have reviewed/applied the earlier patch instead?
Backporting to 2.2 is uglier, as we can't break ABI compatibility in mod_proxy.h
in a stable version.
p.s. I seem to have missed you from the credits in CHANGES, having only
seen your 1.3 patch in the long list of versions. Oops!
