Fix "Choosing the Right Branches to Work on" section. Currently it says 2.1 and 2.2 critical bug fixes when the community does not maintain at this point those versions. Also, we already release 4.0 and 4.1, the code freeze should move to 5.0. 

I would like to suggest we update the page by saying - any version which is not EOL and it is already GA - critical bug fixes, any post-alpha version which is not GA yet - code freeze, no new features or improvements; stabilization period. 

We can also mention this info can be inferred from the Downloads page as that one is updated on every release.
