This issue is *NOT* the same as #20370 which concern MS-Word only.

LibO offers since 4.1.x the ability to embed fonts in ODF:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42195

This seems to be possible with ODF spec. "14.6 Font Face Declaration":
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.0/OpenDocument-v1.0-os.pdf

So fonts embedding could be implemented with a simple and safe UI with warning
both legal (copyright fonts) and practical (increase the file size).
