Embedding components of James

Jetty has advice on how to embed it programmatically in another Java app -

I was wondering if James has similar how-to information.  I'm really only
interested in the IMAP capability, as I'll have no incoming email to the
server via SMTP, etc.

Maybe there's an integration test that shows all of that.
