Tomcat Filter with IIS

I have followed the Tomcat IIS how to to 'install' the isapi_redirect.dll ,
but at the end, the filter only got a red down arrow next to it in the IIS
managment console. I have tried it on NT4 SP3 and WIN2000 advanced server
and got the same red arrow... Any idea on what may I have done wrong? The
dll I am, using is the 3.1 version Thanks in advance.
