Wrapper Class

Hi All,

I want to write the wrapper classes to use log4j package as a logging tool.I want to write a simple wrapper class which is a utility class containing the static methods used by all other modules of project.

Futher I want to configure and change the priority,

layouts and appenders at run-time through configuration file.

Any code for this is highly appreciated.
