Sourceforge trojan
downloaded OpenOffice from Sourceforge, AVG detected a trojan virus, deleted all files
downloaded from softonic, everything OK
thought you'd like to know

This sounds strange but for sure it is worth investigating (CCing
Roberto from SourceForge).
Do you have any more elements? For example, do you have the exact filename?
Note that some anti-virus programs flagged the OpenOffice installation
executable as a possible trojan, but this should now have been fixed on
their side. So it might even be possible that your anti-virus updated
its signatures between the two downloads and that the new data fix the
"false positive" error.
