[PR] CASSSIDECAR-502: Return 503 for connected client stats when schema is disabled [cassandra-sidecar]
arvindKandpal-ksolves opened a new pull request, #387:

When sidecar.schema.is_enabled is false (default), GET /api/v1/cassandra/stats/connected-clients fails with a NullPointerException and returns a generic 500.
This patch throws OperationUnavailableException in ConnectedClientStatsDatabaseAccessor when the schema is disabled, so the handler returns 503 with a clear message.
Added a unit test in CassandraMetricsOperationsTest. The test fails without the fix.
