   **Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   We adopted the switch tab for Pulsar docs.  It's not switched automatically once for all.
   Take [Functions develop](http://localhost:3000/docs/en/next/functions-develop) as example, when you select one tab, the other tabs are not switched automatically.

   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   I check this website, and it works well https://docusaurus.io/docs/docs-multi-instance#tagging-new-versions
